Wrist Extensor Stretch

  1. Extend your arm in front of you with your palm facing down.
  2. Use your other hand to gently press your fingers upward until you feel a stretch in your wrist and forearm.
  3. Hold for 10-30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
  4. Perform 2-3 sets on each side.

Finger Stretch

  1. Place your hand palm-down on a table.
  2. Slowly lift each finger one at a time, starting with your thumb, then index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and finally pinky.
  3. Hold each finger in the extended position for a few seconds before lowering it back down.
  4. Repeat 5-10 times with each hand.

Wrist Circles

  1. Extend your arms in front of you with your palms facing down.
  2. Rotate your wrists in circles, moving clockwise for 10 rotations and then counterclockwise for 10 rotations.
  3. Perform 2-3 sets in each direction.

Grip Strengthener

  1. Hold a soft stress ball or grip strengthener in your hand.
  2. Squeeze it as hard as you can for 5-10 seconds.
